Your corporate name must include the word "Corporation" or "Incorporated" or an abbreviation of one of these words ("Inc." or "Corp.").
Step 4: Filing your Drafted Article of Incorporation with

Step 5: Publication Within 60 days after the Commission has approved the filing, you must publish the Articles of Incorporation in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the known place of business in Arizona, for three consecutive publications.
